DailyAI is an AI-powered news intelligence platform that curates, summarizes, and enriches AI industry news. Our service aggregates publicly available news from RSS feeds and uses AI models to provide summaries, sentiment analysis, and source trust scoring.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DailyAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Service Description

Free tier: Access to the web app, curated AI news feed, article summaries, bookmarking, and personalization.
Developer API (Free): 100 requests/day for basic article fields.
Developer API (Pro): €7.99/month for 10,000 requests/day with full fields including sentiment, trust scores, and story threads.
Enterprise: Custom pricing for high-volume access and white-label solutions.

4. Content & Accuracy

DailyAI aggregates and summarizes third-party news content using AI. We do not create original journalism. AI-generated summaries may contain inaccuracies. Always refer to the original source for authoritative information.

We provide source trust scores as informational signals — not definitive assessments. Users should exercise their own judgment about source credibility.

5. API Usage

API keys are for your personal or organizational use. Do not share API keys.
Respect rate limits. Automated circumvention will result in key revocation.
Do not use the API to create a competing news aggregation service.
Attribution to DailyAI is required when displaying our data publicly.

6. Open Source

DailyAI's core platform is open-source under the MIT License. The Developer API monetization layer is proprietary. See our GitHub repository for details.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

DailyAI is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated summaries or trust scores. Use at your own discretion.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of DailyAI constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
